Oklahoma Law
Oklahoma law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Oklahoma. If one provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be narrowed only as needed, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
